For general enquiries, email [email protected]. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email [email protected] or write to our registered address above.

2. Information and purposes

  • Enquiries: when you email or call us, we receive the contact details, correspondence and project information you choose to provide. We use this to respond and discuss possible work. The basis is taking steps towards a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Website delivery and security: hosting and network services process technical request data, which can include your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. The purpose is to serve the website, troubleshoot issues and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Optional analytics: only after you accept, Google Analytics collects information about page visits, interactions, device/browser characteristics and approximate location. We use it to understand website use and improve the site, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled in our website integration.
  • Legal obligations: where necessary, correspondence and business records may also be processed to meet applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)) or establish, exercise or defend claims (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).

Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we need enough information to respond. This website has no account registration, newsletter sign-up or contact form. Its email links open your email application; messages are handled through email, not submitted through this website.

3. Cookies and your choice

Analytics is off by default. Choosing Accept enables Google Analytics on the homepage and Inceite’s product pages. Choosing Decline keeps it off. The privacy page and not-found page do not load analytics. The background video, navigation and product screenshots work with either choice.

Cookie-choice record
We store inceite-cookie-consent in your browser’s local storage for 180 days. It records your accept/decline choice, an expiry time and the notice version. This is used to remember your choice, not to track you, and is not sent to Google. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
Optional Google Analytics cookies
After acceptance, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies, including _ga_6G86XK5QM2, to distinguish visits and maintain session information for configured Analytics destinations. This integration sets their lifetime to 180 days and disables automatic cookie-expiry renewal. Google’s server-side data retention is separate from cookie expiry.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings, also available in every page’s footer. Choosing Decline disables further Google Analytics collection on this site and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies. If Analytics was already running, the page refreshes to unload it completely. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, or automatically delete data already received by Google.

Your choice applies to this website’s origin, not to Neurowall, Vocalabs, the blog or other websites. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies to the current page and you may be asked again on your next visit. Without JavaScript, analytics does not load and the policy remains readable. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.

4. Providers and transfers

Information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, network security, email and business communications, and by professional advisers or authorities where required. These recipients receive information relevant to their role.

This website uses Cloudflare for delivery and network security. Cloudflare processes technical request information as described in its privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics only with your consent. Google’s infrastructure can involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google describes its transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses, in its data-processing terms. See also Google’s privacy policy. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data or a copy where available.

Links to Neurowall, Vocalabs, our blog and social platforms take you to separate websites. Their privacy notices and cookie choices apply once you visit them. This site serves its fonts, video and product images locally; viewing them does not load an embedded player or social-media widget.

5. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping or claims requirements. Technical records are retained according to their operational and security purpose and the relevant provider’s settings. Data that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.

Your cookie choice and this integration’s Analytics cookies expire after 180 days. Analytics event data is retained according to our Google Analytics property’s settings. Contact [email protected] for the retention period applicable to a particular record or the current Analytics retention setting.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable data-protection law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority in your country of residence or work.

We do not use this website’s data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

7. Scope and updates

This policy covers inceite.com and enquiries made through its contact details. Product deployments, subscriptions and client engagements may have separate privacy notices and contractual data-processing terms. This policy does not describe or authorise processing of source code or vocabulary data inside those products.

We will update this page when these practices change and revise the date above. Material changes to optional tracking will require a new choice where appropriate. Continuing to browse this site is not treated as consent to analytics.
